Teas at TwoEach month, the Senior Adult Ministry hits the road to bring “Tea at Two” to Atlanta’s Senior Living Facilities. Join us for a time of sharing and socialization. We look forward to being with you where you live. And bring a friend along! All are welcome! You don’t have to be a PRUMC member to attend. Cheerio!
Helping Hands: Home MaintenanceDo you have small repairs or maintenance work you need done around the house? From light electrical work to yard work, heavy lifting to minor plumbing, the church is here to help you. Contact Kate at 404.240.8203 or
katef@prumc.org, and we will find a church volunteer who can help you and who you can trust in your home.
Helping Hands: Driving MinistryNeed a ride to church? PRUMC has a new driving ministry. If you are in need of a ride to church on Sunday morning or Seasoned Saints programs on Wednesdays, we will match you with a church member you can trust. He or she will transport you to and from your home. Your presence is invaluable to our ministry, and we want you to be with us, regardless of your ability to drive. Contact Kate if you need a ride or know someone who does.
Bus Drivers Needed! We are in need of more volunteer bus drivers to drive our seniors to Sunday School and Church. Responsibilities include driving the church bus from PRUMC to 2-3 senior living facilities nearby, dropping them off by 9:45 for Sunday School, and then after the 11:15 am service, driving the seniors back to their living facilities. Drivers rotate on a monthly basis. DCL is required. The church will pay for a license and training if you do not have one. Contact Kate Floyd if you’re interested at
katef@prumc.org or 404-240-8203.
