Family Ministries support and nurture parents and they strive to model lives of faith for their children.  We help households of faith grow together; encourage Christian values in the home, and view the ordinary events of life together as windows into God's grace.

Family Fun Nights

Join us in June to stuff backpacks for those in need, then enjoy dinner and an awesome activities with your church family.  With your help, PRUMC will pack over 2000 backpacks for children in Atlanta  shelters or from low income families.

Mission Camp
June 11, 12, 13, 9:30 am-1:00 pm
$40 per family / Completed K -5th grade & parent
We’ll travel to agencies in our community and share the love of Christ as we serve others and build relationships. Click here to register by June 6.

Vacation Bible School
SKY!  Everything is possible with God!
June 25, 26, 27, 28, 9:30 am-12:30 pm
$30/$75 / Ages 3 (as of 12/31/11)-4th grade.

Many adult volunteers are needed,5th graders can be Youth helpers!  Come join us for 4 days of fun!  Through story, crafts, snacks, and games, kids will discover that ALL things are possible with our Almighty God!

Young adults from mid-20s to mid-30s, both single and married.  Just begun in March 2010,
we’re still getting to know each other, but already committed to facilitating hospitality and fellowship,
engaging in service, and seeking spiritual growth to sustain us on our faith journey together for decades to come.

Couples with families; general theme of nurturing marriages and children; speakers and class discussions.

Love and Fellowship

Married couples, with and without small children, learning about building and maintaining a strong Christian foundation for marriage. Strong focus on forging close relationships with one another through numerous social and philanthropic activities inside and outside of class. This class originated as the Newly Married and Engaged Class and now most of the couples have been married between 2-5 years.

New Crossings

An active, diverse group of married couples with and without children. We focus on supporting each other and growing in faith during the common crossroads of life (marriage, families, careers, etc.). Curriculum is a Bible-based mixture of current events, topical discussions, and traditional lessons directed by members.

New Discoveries

New and growing families – some with kids, some without – who enjoy getting together to share their Christian journey with others who are on a similar journey of their own. We have a home-grown class curriculum featuring a combination of both Bible centered and more topical lessons which are conceived, organized, and led by different members of our class each week.
