Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workshop Series
Wednesdays, 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm, B116 . September 1 - October 6
Join other family caregivers for a six-week course led by Rev. Susan Pendleton and Rev. Lindley Curtis.
Through this evidence-based curriculum, participants will learn about tools for reducing stress,
communicating effectively, problem solving, and reducing guilt, anger, and depression.
Space is limited. There is no charge for the course. Participants may purchase The Caregiver Helpbook,
a practical book designed to complement the course, for $25. Scholarships are available. Contact Lindley
