Blessing of the Animals

On this day, we celebrate God’s gift of animals and their companionship in our lives. At this annual event, you are invited to bring your pets to the church for a fun time of worship! This service celebrates the Feast of St. Francis, the patron saint of animals. We will gather in the sanctuary, sing praises to God, and approach the altar with our pets for a special, individual blessing upon each animal. All are welcome to this community-wide event.
