Especially for Children

Keeping Families in Faith.  At Peachtree Road, we take great joy and responsibility in keeping families connected through their faith. In this nurturing community, we help create relationships that remain strong from Sunday to Sunday, and well beyond.  Our exciting programs, cool curriculum and wonderful mentors help children develop their faith in fun ways that they can understand. Parents are supported through enriching forums, and great seasonal events where families make wonderful memories together.

During the school year, we meet up once a month to cut loose! We have a lot of fun with activities like scavenger hunts, outdoor games, Bingo and movie night! Family Bible Olympics
Completed Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Sundays, June through August, 10:00 am, Gym

Unbelievable energy fills the soccer field (or the gym) as kids and a parent participate in our annual Bible Olympics! It’s not just the kids who are excited – their coaches are just as hyped as teams compete in fun and friendly competition centered around activities and Bible learning. Often wacky, always exciting, Bible Olympics is a great time to spend with church friends on summer Sundays!

Mission Camp
Completed Kindergarten through 5th grade and parent
3 days in June, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm

Each summer we partner with agencies in the city to serve others and share the love of Christ. This is a wonderful way for parents and children to spend time together volunteering. Families share experiences and stories with new people they may not meet otherwise. It is a joyful, meaningful and memorable three days. Activities have included hosting a brunch and entertainment for senior adults, fun games with children, and packing food or other types of kits for those in need.

Vacation Bible School

VBS is an awesome week of amazing activities for our kids! Each year we have a great theme that gets leaders and kids super excited and involved in the fun. Children learn about their faith through group sing-a-longs, live Biblical characters, crazy crafts, a lovable mascot, fellowship snack time, games, line dances, and so much more! VBS is always an incredible week of learning and sharing together.

Activities are age-appropriate (special ones for 3rd & 4th graders)
5th graders can be Youth helpers
Many adult volunteers are needed
