About Us
The Peachtree Road Academy faculty and board care deeply about encouraging the joy that music brings to all students. Teachers work one-on-one with students to discover their passion and develop their gifts. Leadership and staff work behind the scenes to maintain a high level of instruction within an approachable program and friendly community.
Due to the established Music Program at Peachtree Road UMC, we have strong relationships with the finest musicians and teachers in Atlanta. We hire our instructors based on the needs of our students, and the selection process begins upon enrollment. We believe that a great student/teacher relationship is key.

The Peachtree Road Music Academy is located on the campus of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church at 3180 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30305.
Academy instruction takes place within the Music Suite. Classrooms are safe, private, and professionally designed. There is a comfortable waiting room with Wi-Fi and coffee for those accompanying students.
Academy Hours
Monday through Friday
10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday
9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Lessons are available in 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute allotments, and students may begin at any time. Individual class times will be determined after consultation with student and teacher, and within the operating hours of the Academy. We will strive to make lesson times as convenient as possible for students.
Lessons
Learning to play an instrument offers a lifetime of rewards but is a long-term commitment. Students have unique learning styles, so we take care to match students with the best possible instructor. Lessons are customized so learning is an enriching and successful experience.
Students will also be given the opportunity to perform in regular informal and more formal concerts throughout the year. Further incentives and rewards will be offered to students who demonstrate commitment and show good progress.
Lessons are available in 30, 45 and 60 minute allotments. Students may pay per lesson or purchase a package of 10 lessons and receive a $50 discount. The price of lessons includes the cost of learning materials. New students will also receive an academy tote bag and pencil.

*A package balance refund may be available after one lesson.
If you need to rent an instrument our staff will be able to help with recommendations. Organs and grand pianos are available at the Music Academy and do not require an additional rental fee.
Scholarship Opportunities
At Peachtree Road Music Academy we believe that no one should be denied music education due to a lack of financial resources. A limited number of scholarships and discounted lessons are available for people who are unable to afford the full cost of tuition. Please contact the director, Oliver Brett, for more information.
