In this class, we will use our breath to calm our minds, move and strengthen our bodies through stretching exercises, and end with a few moments at the end of each class in prayer. We will take a quiet, mindful moment to receive the benefits gained and focus on God. All levels of fitness are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one. Ann is a certified yoga instructor and an Integrative Health Coach.
