Midday Masterclass: Attending to Our Dying

Susan Patterson will present a class entitled “Attending to Our Dying.”  She begins by preparing our minds, hearts, and bodies for a conversation about the soul’s need to contemplate the reality that we will die. She will then share simple practices to help ease into a way of deeper living made possible by keeping our own death within our gaze.

Contrary to what our culture would tell us, contemplating death in community is not a morbid exercise, but a life-giving one.
