Wellness Forum with Dr. Stan Sonu

We are honored to welcome Dr. Stan Sonu — physician, child advocate, and nationally respected voice in the field of childhood trauma. Dr. Sonu has dedicated his career to understanding how early adversity impacts long-term health, and to promoting healing-centered approaches for individuals and communities. Drawing on his experience as a public health expert and passionate educator, he will speak on the lasting effects of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and the importance of resilience, connection, and compassionate care. This important conversation will deepen our understanding of trauma’s impact and help equip us—as individuals, families, and a faith community—to respond with wisdom, empathy, and hope.
