Jacob: You Never Walk Alone
– In Genesis 28:10-22, Jacob encounters God in a dream at a moment of loneliness and uncertainty, receiving the promise of God’s constant presence and guidance. This passage teaches us that even in our most vulnerable or wandering seasons, we are never alone—God walks with us, speaks to us, and invites us into a greater purpose. Through this message, we are reminded that divine companionship can transform ordinary places into holy ground, and fear into faith.

This Sunday is part of the Summer in the City Series:
Lessons From the Desert
Each Sunday in July, we will gather for fellowship, beloved hymns, and an uplifting summer sermon series. This month, we will reflect on Lessons From the Desert. Through the stories of Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, and Moses, we’ll see how God meets us in the wilderness with grace, guidance, and surprising gifts. From wandering to wonder, the desert becomes holy ground when we walk it with God.
