Have Mercy
-In Luke 18:9-14, Jesus tells the parable of the Pharisee and the tax collector to show that true righteousness comes not from pride, but from humility and a sincere cry for mercy. This passage teaches us that God honors the honest heart—one that recognizes its need for grace and depends fully on God’s compassion. Through this message, we are reminded that mercy is not earned but received, and that spiritual strength begins with humility before God.
