Sunday Worship: Suffering…What Is It Good For?
Sunday, June 15
PRUMC
In Romans 5:1-5, Paul reminds us that through faith in Christ, we have peace with God and a hope that does not disappoint. God teaches that even suffering has a purpose, producing endurance, character, and ultimately, hope. This sermon will help us see that while suffering is never easy, God can use it to shape us more deeply into who God has called us to be. We are encouraged to trust that, in Christ, our struggles are never wasted but are part of a greater story of growth, transformation, and the assurance of God’s unfailing love.
