Evening Yoga

Thursdays

In this class, we will use our breath to calm our minds, move and strengthen our bodies through stretching exercises and end with a few moments at the end of each class in prayer as we take a quiet mindful moment to receive the benefits gained and focus on God. All levels of fitness are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one. Ann is a certified yoga instructor and an Integrative Health Coach.

Grace Filled Grief

Grief affects us deeply—body, mind, and soul—and healing happens best in the presence of others who understand. Through shared stories, gentle guidance, and compassionate community, we begin to move from sorrow toward peace and hope. Moms Group

This group offers connection, encouragement, and spiritual renewal for moms of preschoolers. We will explore faith life together as we share the joys and challenges of motherhood today. Come as you are—tired, joyful, overwhelmed, hopeful—and find community and grace at the well.

NAMI Family-to-Family Course

Led by NAMI  |  8 weeks

This free, 8-week educational course is designed for family members, partners, and friends of individuals living with mental health conditions. Taught by trained National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) volunteers who have personal experience, the course provides critical information about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, communication strategies, and self-care. With compassion at its core, Family-to-Family empowers participants to support their loved ones while also tending to their own well-being. NAMI Family Support Group

2nd and 4th Sundays

This confidential, peer-led support group is for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals living with mental health conditions. Facilitated by trained volunteers through the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the group offers understanding, encouragement, and shared wisdom in a safe and welcoming space.
